Adding Shared Mailboxes to Outlook

How to add Shared Mailboxes to Outlook


Windows - New Outlook

Right click on "Shared with me"
Click on "Add Shared Folder or Mailbox"
Type the email address of the shared mailbox.
Click on Add.

Windows - Old Outlook

Click on "File"
Click on "Account Settings"
Click on "Account Settings...:"
Click on "Change"
Click on "More Settings"
Click on "Advanced"
Click on "Add..."
Type the email address of the shared mailbox.
Click on "OK".
Click on "OK" again.
Click on "Next"
Click on "Done"
Restart Outlook
